INSIDE SALES-SAMPLE PACKAGING ASSOCIATE

DESCRIPTION: Inside Sales administration and coordinating the assembly of Sample Kits for the use of Sales Managers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Data entry of sample orders, external orders, and other documents
• Coordinates and assembles samples and kits based on needs of customers and sales reps and prepares product for priority shipment on dry ice
• Initiates the transfer of product from cold storage
• Labels packages with product specifics and tracks item numbers, lot codes and expiration
• Uses software program to run and print labels for various products

• Maintains a clean work environment
• Manages cycle counts and physical inventory of samples area.
• Performs all other duties as assigned

EMPLOYMET TYPE: Full Time – 7AM to 4PM or 8AM to 5PM

REPORTS TO: Inside Sales Manager

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: None

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School diploma or G.E.D. and/or equivalent work experience
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work in hot, cold, and wet environments
• Must be able to stand for eight hours straight during shift

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION:

• Good organizational skills and an ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously required
• Basic analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work within cross-functional teams
• Demonstrates ability to consistently meet proposed objective timelines
• Excellent communication skills – must be able to communicate clearly in both written and verbal form
• Must exhibit professionalism and be self-motivated

• Must have basic math and computer skills.
