Inside Sales Representative - Work From Home (2 yrs Phone Experience)

We are currently seeking an Inside Sales Representative - Work From Home (2 yrs Phone Experience) to join our growing team.
(Full Time applicants only apply as this position is 40 hours a week)
Objective:

• Members are provided these benefits through their Union Executive Board, but 60-80% of them do not understand the actual details of their individual coverage.

Solution:

• The Unions & Associations have contracted us to inform their members on the different options during their Group Service Period.

Our Advantage:

• Our Public Relations department makes it so we don't have to cold call, market, advertise or do any door-to-door sales.

Responsibilities:

• Your position will be to explain and activate members into their available supplemental benefits.
• The position is remote, so 40% of the week will be spent on the phones with the members, another 40% of the week will be conducting live Zoom presentations with the members and 20% of the week will be in Team Huddle Zoom Trainings and Meetings.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Compensation is based on Performance (Commission Only + Weekly Bonuses + Monthly Residuals)
• Virtual Sales Specialist (average is $63,000-$71,000/year based on performance)
• After 90 days you are eligible for Medical, Dental and Life Insurance benefits.
• Once hired you will start as a 1099 and become a Union Member (no initiation fee) of: OFFICE and PROFESSIONAL EMPLOYEES INTERNATIONAL UNION -- Local 277

Qualifications:

• Must Be: Highly Motivated Individuals who are Coachable, Self Disciplined and Patient.
• Must Have: Laptop, reliable internet, the ability to work remotely and are willing to work Evenings
• Candidates will be considered for the Supervising Managing position during the interview process
