Primary Responsibilities:
- Make 110+ Dials each shift
- Maintain minimum production standards on a monthly basis
- Call and manage company generated leads who are interested in going solar
- Answer questions and educate potential customers on the benefits of going solar and the steps required
- Schedule appointments over the phone for Field Sales Consultants
- Manage a pipeline of leads to successfully grow sales
- Help families save money on their current utility bill
- Help the environment by promoting renewable energy
Qualifications:
- Strong work ethic, aptitude, and willingness to go the extra mile
- Previous call center/Inside Sales/tele-sales experience highly desired
- Excellent customer service and verbal/written communications skills
- Experience with CRM systems desired but not required
- Must be available Full-Time
- Must be available to work some evenings & weekends
- Four 8 hour work days, and One 8 hour weekend shift each week.
- Shifts are as follows:
- 7:00 am - 4:00 pm MST or 11:00 am - 8:00 pm MST during the week
- 8:00 am - 5:00 pm MST on the weekend
- An offer of employment for this role will be contingent upon the successful completion of a background check.
