Inside Sales Representative
Location: Miami, Florida
Base Salary Range: $52,000 - $70,000
We are currently seeking high-energy, driven professionals with sound business acumen and natural sales instincts for our LATAM team. The ideal candidate will be an entrepreneurial self-starter who isn't afraid to prospect, secure new business, and play an integral role in growing a dynamic team. This is a full cycle sales role that will own all duties from prospecting to closing accounts over the phone.
Responsibilities:
- Generating leads and new business opportunities through strategic & targeted outbound prospecting.
- Strategic solution selling to leverage business from new and legacy client relationships
- Prospecting into both new accounts as well as into new opportunities of existing customers
- Successfully onboarding advertisers
- Achieving a quarterly target of New Business Revenue
- Work as part of the core account team and help define the new business approach for your specific industry and deliver a joint strategy
- Become a specialist in the Xr advertising product and lead the discussion of new updates and products with our prospects
- Working with Sales Managers and industry specific sales teams
- Managing inbound sales enquiries
- Pipeline Management
- Creative ability to drive attendance for marketing events within your day to day Sales Development activities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Native Spanish speaker (Additional Portuguese language skills are a plus!)
- 1-3 years experience in sales or consultancy background (ideally in the media/ads industry though not a requirement)
- Experience working with Salesforce or other CRM systems
- Strong phone and interpersonal communication skills (verbal and written) as well as organizational skills
- Deep understanding of X, the ads and social media landscape, and opportunities for marketers
