We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Contracted 1099 Sales Representative(Advisor) with a “Natural Sales Motor” to conduct consultative sales calls with inbound leads.
POSITION:
The purpose of the Sales Advisor is to help our applicants select and enroll in the correct professional training program to launch or boost their tech careers with us.
Understanding technical or engineering careers is helpful, but not required. This role serves as an advisor to prospective learners and is non-technical.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Consultative sales (1:1 or 1:many) experience, phone/zoom/email communication, and customer success skills required (3+ years)
2. Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve and exceed sales quotas for our robotics certification program for beginners or our robotics mentorship program for engineers.
3. Willing and able to learn and use a CRM software system (We use GoHighLevel)
4. Comfortable selling virtually over the phone, zoom, email, and/or text in 1-2 call closes (short sales cycles)
5. Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills via in-person, phone and email
6. Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
7. Must have proficient computer skills
8. Looking to be part of a team (not just an independent contractor)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead the LR sales process of lead qualification, appointment setting, sales close, and follow-up
- Comfortable with lead management via calling, texting, video meetings, and emailing
- Comfortable working independently and unsupervised at times
- Comfortable with communication being recorded and reviewed for quality and training purposes
- Collect enrollment payments for new learners and collaborate with the team to coordinate their orientation
- Provide a helpful and positive attitude that can help applicants make career and enrollment decisions
- Lead a consultative sales script while establishing a relationship and targeting individual’s needs and wants
- Exceed personal sales activities (calling/setting/closing) to achieve monthly quotas
- Emphasize and enforce objectives of the company as a career advisor
- Present available programs to current or prospective learners
- Enroll qualified candidates into programs to achieve and exceed monthly sales quota and follow up with leads and missed calls
- Other related duties as assigned

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
