Rescue Essentials, a rapidly growing tactical emergency medical supplies provider, is seeking a full time Inside Sales Representative to join our team. We provide custom medical kits and supplies to Fire, EMS, Law Enforcement, and Military along with personal protective equipment (PPE). The primary role of the Inside Sales position will be supporting inbound customer quote requests and order entry along with supporting the outside sales team. The inbound customer questions will come through calls, emails, online messages as well as the website chat function. This position will report to the Rescue Essentials Sales Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound quote requests
- Wholesale and general account order entry
- GSA order entry
- Assist with sorting online orders
- Support outside sales team with quotes, order, bid packets, etc. as needed
- Answer Sales line calls
- Answer Customer Service line calls when calls roll over from the customer service team
- Monitor inbound emails/messages
- Monitor and respond to website chat
- Turn quotes into orders and follow order through fulfillment, providing customer service for those orders
- Will work primarily with Sales Pad, Quote Ninja, and other programs as needed
- Other duties as assigned
- Some travel required: employee will be asked to attend tradeshows for different markets at times: Travel requirement less than 25%
Preference will be given to candidates with any previous experience in a medical profession, first responder, military, or law enforcement.

Pay: $37,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
