Salary: $40,000 - $50,000 + Monthly Bonuses (1st year OTE = $60k-$75k) + Benefits

Inside Sales Representative Description

Our client, an innovative leader in the heating cables industry, is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to add to their team near Danbury, CT. You will be responsible for supporting the Outside Sales staff. This role is a blend of customer service and Inside Sales, offering technical support, order processing, and sales support to retailers and consumers across the US, Mexico, and Canada. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment, managing a variety of customer interactions and supporting outside sales staff. As part of the sales team, you will earn commissions based on the success of the outside sales team from your efforts. Inside Sales Representative Responsibilities

   Respond to customer service emails, phone calls, and quote requests.
   Provide technical support and process returns as needed.
   Enter orders into the ERP system and oversee shipment processing.
   Maintain and enhance customer relationships, supporting promotional activities and events
   Engage in proactive outreach, including attempts to revive dormant accounts 
   Follow up on the status of client orders and quotes
   Provide technical support
   Serve as a backup when order entry person out
   Maintain and improve great relationships with existing and new customers
   Assist with promotional activities such as tradeshows, product launch events

Inside Sales Representative Qualifications

   1+ years of Inside Sales or customer service experience required
   Proficiency in Microsoft Office required
   Driver’s License or 2 forms of identification required
