Sunshine Foundation Repair is looking for a motivated Sales Professionals to add to our growing team!

No cold-calling, leads provided by company, face to face meetings with home owners required.

Career Opportunity: $100,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Meet with homeowners on warm, company-generated leads; No cold-calling!
• Conduct thorough inspections to identify problems within their home
• Record data and findings with precise attention to detail
• Provide solutions to resolve structural problems and water intrusion issues
• Negotiate contracts, process payments and file paperwork for scheduling of projects

Pay Structure:

• Training pay for duration of training
• After training pay, employee has option to enter draw pay
• After draw pay, employee moves to 100% commission

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Proven sales experience REQUIRED
• Previous experience in construction and/or waterproofing REQUIRED
• Exceptional communication skills
• Proficiency working with basic computer software
• Team player, strong ethics, and high integrity

Education and Experience Requirements:

• A high school diploma or general education diploma (GED) required
• A valid driver’s license

Physical Requirements:

• Physical ability to be on your feet for long periods of time
• Physical ability to maneuver in tight or confined areas (e.g., crawl spaces)

• Waterproofing: 1 year (Preferred)
• Sales: 2 years (Preferred)
