Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative to drive sales and revenue growth through proactive outreach and effective communication with prospective customers. The ideal candidate will possess a strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and a passion for promoting renewable energy solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to leads generated through marketing efforts, inquiries, and referrals.
- Engage with potential customers to understand their energy needs, assess their eligibility for solar solutions, and provide relevant information about our products and services.
- Educate customers on the benefits of solar energy, including cost savings, environmental impact, and incentives available.
- Customize solar proposals based on customer requirements and effectively communicate pricing, financing options, and return on investment.
- Follow up with leads promptly and persistently to nurture relationships and move them through the sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
- Stay updated on industry trends, solar technology advancements, and regulatory changes to provide accurate information to customers.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progression using CRM software.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in a related industry such as solar, renewable energy, or home improvement.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
