Family owned and operated since 1991, Bay City Industrial Supply has 3 branches strategically located to service the Orange, Los Angeles, Riverside and San Bernardino Counties in the power transmission and motion control fields. We specialize in bearings, electric motors, gearboxes, inverter drives, couplings, belts, pulleys, chain, sprockets and fluid power systems.

We pride ourselves in our customers and our main focus is on building our customer relationships every day.

We are currently seeking Inside Sales Representatives to join our team. Ideal candidates will be energetic and enthusiastic, have excellent sales techniques and be extremely motivated. This position is perfect for candidates with prior experience selling both to individual businesses and larger organizations, as well as those who have experience in competitive, fast-paced environments. This is a full-time position, with negotiable pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities:
- Process customer quotes and orders
- Purchasing through manufacturers
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets on a consistent basis
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM software
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the sales process
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge

Requirements:
- Proven experience in Inside Sales or a similar role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong ability to build rapport and establish relationships with clients
- Proficiency in using CRM software to manage leads and track sales activities
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Strong PC skills i.e. typing, Outlook, Google
