Bryn Neil is recruiting a dedicated and detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative in Denver, CO.
This position plays a crucial role in supporting the team's recruitment and sales efforts, with a primary focus on execution of outbound calling and email campaigns - providing smooth communication, database management, and timely metric monitoring and reporting. The ideal candidate will be proactive, professional, flexible, and committed to helping our team achieve its goals.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Business Development and Recruitment Support
- Contacting prospects through different channels including outbound calling, follow-up emails and LinkedIn to schedule appointments (estimated 50+ calls per day)
- Providing initial lead qualification to support sales and recruitment teams in allocation of resources
- Managing job postings on various recruitment platforms to ensure they are refreshed on a regular cadence
- Monitoring and responding on a timely basis to candidate inquiries related to job postings
- Responsible for a variety of projects or campaigns to support the entire team, from initial details to completion
Project Management and Process Improvement
- Maintain and update the candidate database/CRM, ensuring accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and proactively create solutions
- Assist in finding system and overall process improvements for increased efficiency
- Monitor and report weekly on core lead generation metrics relevant to each campaign
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum of five (5) years’ work experience
- Prior experience in Lead Generation or in another relevant metric-driven outbound calling position
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Data driven approach to outbound campaigns with a keen understanding of core metrics
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Willingness to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
