Ultimate Staffing is seeking a Tele Sales Representative for a well-established client in East Saint Louis, Illinois.
The Tele Sales Representative is responsible for lead generation, promotion of sale events, maintaining of customer database, and exhibiting superior customer service at all times.

Status: Temp to Hire
Location: East St Louis, IL
Pay: $18/hr +
Schedule: MON- FRI (Days)
Job Overview:
- Always provide efficient and courteous service to all customers.
- Maintain and log all phone calls to dealers and sales reps contacts into database.
- Make phone calls to dealers on call list.
- Ensure information is correct and consistent in every database.
- Follow-up with consignment list, promoting sale to buyers.
- Accurately account for your daily dealer interactions by updating real time via Salesforce data capturing.
- Calling buyers promoting sale and building good working relationships.
- Build and maintain dealer relationships.
- Recapture dealers that have been lost.
- Develop and follow-up on new leads via multiple data sources.
- Selling of auction services to dealers.
- Assist customers with questions and concerns.
- Work well independently and as a team player.
- Report to Management in a timely manner any issues that may be detrimental to the success of operations.
Requirements:
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience: Previous sales and customer service experience preferred.
Skills:
- Self-motivated, and self-disciplined.
- Highly goal and customer service orientated.
- Computer proficient.
- Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must possess a valid driver's license.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Organized self-starter, highly motivated to achieve sales goals.
