Title: Inside Sales Rep
Pay: $26.00 - $36.00/hr DOE, additional financial perks available on a quarterly basis.
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, Once you establish a proven track record, the company will consider hybrid options.

What you will do:
Efficiently enter and organize orders, submit requests, and follow up on tasks.
Consult and collaborate with our customer base to build long-lasting relationships.
Utilize Office 365 and various business platforms proficiently.
Thrive in a team environment and encourage team members to excel.
Gain and apply knowledge of the electrical industry.
Build rapport with customers through friendly and engaging communication.
Respond swiftly and courteously to customer complaints or inquiries.
Use excellent written and oral communication skills and customer service best practices when interacting with customers.
Understand customers' needs and identify sales opportunities in collaboration with management and the sales team.
Maintain updated customer service information (Key Contacts) and pricing updates from our partners.
Stay informed about products and services offered by our manufacturers.
Develop sales opportunities by identifying potential accounts, building rapport, providing technical information and explanations, and preparing quotations.
Maintain daily quote logs and activity logs for the team.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Strong organizational skills with the ability to enter and manage orders efficiently.
Excellent consulting and relationship-building abilities with a diverse customer base.
Proficiency with Office 365 and various business platforms.
Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment and motivate others.
Interest in gaining knowledge of the electrical industry.
Strong communication skills with a friendly and engaging demeanor.
Ability to respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries and complaints.
Exceptional written and oral communication skills with a focus on customer service best practices.
Ability to understand customer needs and identify sales opportunities in collaboration with the management and sales team.
Ability to keep customer service information and pricing updates current.
Knowledge of products and services offered by manufacturers.
Ability to develop sales opportunities through relationship building and technical expertise.
Diligence in maintaining daily quote logs and activity logs for the team.
Flexibility to take on other duties as assigned.
