SNI has teamed with a valued client on a search for Chief Sales Officer. The client is located in Downtown Denver and is a fast-growing SAAS ERP company. The Chief Sales Officer will be responsible for leading a Sales and Marketing team that is expected to grow by as much at 50% over the course of the next year. The Chief Sales Officer will report directly to the CEO and will be focused on driving revenue for a $10 million organization.Key Responsibilities:
* The Chief Sales Officer will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to forge company-wide revenue growth.
* The Chief Sales Officer will be responsible for leading and mentoring sales and marketing teams.
* The Chief Sales Officer will be responsible for unifying sales and marketing processes in order to ensure elite customer experiences.
* The Chief Sales Officer will be responsible for forecasting sales and marketing strategies to aid in the prediction of both short and long-term revenue streams.
* The Chief Sales Officer will be responsible for managing all new sales channels.
* The Chief Sales Officer will be responsible for managing customer retention.
* The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of SaaS industry experience; ideally with ERP experience.
Compensation and Benefits:
The compensation for this position starts in the range of $200K + bonuses and incentives. Insurance, and other benefit options that are offered include:
