IndeVets is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to support the company's sales and business development strategies. The Hospital Development Rep will report to the VP of Hospital Success, with the goals of identifying, connecting, and partnering with animal hospitals in current and expansion markets.

The right candidate will have a clear understanding of customer service and tele-sales in animal health and/or staffing sales industries. Essential Duties:

  • Identify, connect with, and onboard new hospital partners in new markets.
  • Communicate with partner hospitals to provide excellent customer service.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with current and new partner hospitals.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives.
  • Communicate the IndeVet solution via phone, email, and IRL to target hospitals.
  • Network and build relationships with industry professionals via social, tradeshows, conferences, local CE events, state veterinary associations, and more.
  • Focus and collaborate with the scheduling team to add new partner hospitals in the appropriate regions, consistent with company expansion.
  • Utilize the IndeVets customer relationship management software to track interactions with target clients.
  • Plan and explore new, innovative ways to identify, connect and partner with animal hospitals.

Qualification Requirements:

  • 1+ years in sales. Animal health experience strongly preferred
  • Superior communications skills
  • Excellent computer proficiency with MS Office, CRM technology experience a plus
  • Associates degree in business, marketing, or related field
