We are quickly expanding and seeking a budding star to join our team for this key position to lead our team of US and international callers. This is a full-time position.
Compensation:
- $60,000 - $75,000 Expected First-Year Earnings

Responsibilities:
Team Management and Leadership:
- Manage a team of Real Estate Inside Sales Agents (ISAs) by overseeing their daily activities, communication, scheduling, and overall performance.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and continuous support to ISAs, fostering a collaborative and success-driven environment.
Lead Generation and Conversion:
- Take ownership of the lead generation process, systematizing the conversion process for optimal effectiveness and business growth.
- Qualify incoming leads generated and assign them to the appropriate Inside Sales Agents or field agents, ensuring prompt follow-up and exceptional customer service.
- Systematically follow up with prospects through various communication channels, such as email, phone calls, etc., to maintain a steady flow of qualified real estate leads.
Training and Skill Enhancement:
- Conduct comprehensive training sessions for ISAs to elevate their skills in real estate qualification calls, script utilization, objection handling, and overall call quality.
- Implement 'mock' call scenarios to assess and enhance the phone-based capabilities of ISAs, providing targeted feedback for improvement.
Quality Assurance and Performance Management:
- Establish and maintain a high standard of call quality through a quality assurance process, including call analysis, scoring, and providing constructive feedback for continuous enhancement.
- Conduct regular 1:1 feedback sessions with ISAs to discuss performance, address concerns, track results, and ensure consistent improvement.
Lead Generation Strategy and Reporting:
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and refine lead generation strategies, aiming for continuous improvement and increased success.
- Monitor and record sales metrics, compiling accurate monthly and quarterly reports to showcase progress toward company objectives.
- Participate in management meetings, sharing insights, updates on team performance, and contributing to strategic discussions.
Expansion and Professional Development:
- Identify potential business opportunities within targeted regions, devising effective strategies to enhance lead generation and expand the client base.
- Cultivate a culture of professional growth within the team, guiding ISAs toward achieving their goals and nurturing their skills.
- Lead by example, demonstrating a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and an unwavering commitment to excellence in lead generation, customer service, and team leadership.
Accountability and Continuous Improvement:
- Conduct regular accountability meetings to track progress, address challenges, and identify opportunities for growth.
- Provide ongoing feedback to ISAs and collaborate with the team to develop strategies for continuous improvement and achieving greater levels of success.
