Inside Sales - Cold Calling, Led Gen, Appointment Setting (B2B) for Contract Manufacturing Services.
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new leads, qualifying prospects, and setting up appointments with target B2B Customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong sales background, and the ability to communicate and open doors effectively. Compensation: $7 to $8 / hour, + commissions on sales.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products and services
- Build and maintain relationships with customers through regular follow-ups
- Set up appointments for our Sales Manager to make introductory presentations
- Support new Customers with quotes and follow up (in conjunction with Sales Manager)
- Utilize our CRM software to track and manage customer interactions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
Skills
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
- Proven track record in sales, with a focus on achieving targets
- Experience using CRM software
- Comfortable with outbound calling and telemarketing techniques
- Knowledge of technical sales and ability to explain complex products or services
- Ability to identify business development opportunities and convert them into opportunities
