Oliver Inc. is looking for a customer-oriented Inside SalesDevelopment Rep who will sell our products and services to existing and prosecting customers through phone, email or digital communication channels rather than in person. The Inside SalesDevelopment Repwill support and collaborate with internal departments to drive the process, secure information needed; coordinate order information and handle all customer requirements for a project or job, exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Manage a personal book of business including prospecting, qualifying, and closing new sales opportunities, ensuring their needs are met.
• Assist customers with product selection, sample orders, and answer basic and escalated calls.
• Continue to grow relationships with current and prospective clients.
• Maintain and expand the company's database of prospects by conducting research to find new leads.
• Follow-up on cold and warm leads to further the sales process.
• Monitor and update open sales order, finished goods inventory, and open orders for billing reports.
• Analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Create reports on sales performance, pipeline activity, and forecasting.
• Work closely with Sales and Marketing Teams.
• Travel to various trade shows to assist (open to travel during the weekend).

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of experience in a customer service/Inside Sales/ manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in Windows, Word, Excel, ERP and CRM systems.
• Ability to multi-task while exercising judgment in a high-volume and fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's Degree or Associates Degree.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Occasional overnight travel when necessary.
