Position Summary
This position is responsible for entering orders and quotes from emails, call-ins or walk-in business. They are a direct liaison between Flow-zone and the customers in upstream, midstream, and downstream markets. This role requires the person to be highly motivated for sales, but also to help build a solid business model for expansion in the oil and gas industry. This role is also responsible for providing customers with solutions and finding material as needed.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Enter orders and quotes accurately and in a timely manner
• Process orders from start to finish until they are ready to invoice
• Effective collaboration with sales and warehouse personnel to meet customers' needs and ensure satisfaction
• Assist with pulling orders

Qualifications
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• High School diploma or GED
• Minimum two years related experience and/or training in Inside Sales in oilfield or industrial industries
• Proven ability to balance quotes, orders
• Able to prospect new accounts by professional networking, industry research, and cold-calling.
• Able to build relationships with customers and vendors
• Basic understanding of oilfield products

LANGUAGE/MATH/REASONING ABILITY

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate clearly and concisely with strong presentation and liaison skills. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customer, and the general public
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

COMPUTER SKILLS

• Proficient personal computer skills including electronic mail, record keeping, routine database activity, word processing, spreadsheet, graphics, etc.
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office Programs including, but not limited to: MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point, Access

Physical Demands

• Must communicate well
• Primarily an administrative role with moderate physical activity lifting heavy objects
• Must be able to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally to lift, carry, pull, or otherwise move objects
• Close vision, distance vision, color vision, and peripheral vision
• Bending legs downward and forward by bending leg and spine
• Moving about on foot to accomplish task, particularly for long distances
• Manual dexterity sufficient to reach/handle items and work with the fingers
