We are currently looking for a motivated Inside Sales Associate to support our sales team and contribute to our growth in the e-bike market.
Job Overview: As an Inside Sales Associate, you will play a key role in supporting our sales operations. Your responsibilities will include handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and providing detailed information about our products to both Retail and Wholesale clients. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about e-bikes and excels in a fast-paced sales environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or online chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about products, prices, and availability to customers.
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests from customers.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the territory.
- Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with new products and features.
- Assist in the preparation of sales reports and analysis.
- Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas.
Qualifications:
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- High school degree; further education in sales or marketing is a plus.
- Enthusiasm for e-bikes and sustainable transportation solutions.
