Inside Sales Associate

We’re looking for an outgoing Inside Sales representative to help us smash our sales goals! You’ll help us generate leads by prospecting potential clients and adding qualified leads to the sales funnel. $50,000+ yearly

• Maintain the client database to make sure the sales team can access current information on all leads
• Funnel new qualified leads into the sales pipeline by following up with each prospect via email, phone calls or other forms of communication
• Report on key performance and sales metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis to ensure sales goals are achieved
• Seek out new business opportunities within the assigned geographies to expand clientele
• Generate qualified leads for the sales team so they can provide a quick response to customers

• Field inquiries about new and used cars, vehicle performance, and purchasing processes to uphold customer satisfaction
• Arrange test drives, demos, and other presentations to showcase vehicle features and impress potential buyers professionally
• Welcome customers to the showroom floor with professionalism and offer assistance to support auto sales
• Uphold customer satisfaction standards throughout the sales negotiation process to honor dealership policies

• Working knowledge of the sales process and CRM software
• High school diploma or GED is required, bachelor’s degree preferred
• Two years of previous sales experience
• Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and be able to travel by car
• Great time management, interpersonal, and communication skills, both written and verbal

• A clean driving record is mandatory
• Sales experience in a showroom or auto dealership setting preferred
