ABOUT THE ROLE:

This position is NOT REMOTE and will be located at our Atlanta, GA office.
ROLE MISSION:
To champion a seamless customer experience that drives sales growth and enhances internal and cross-departmental processes at Tie Down. Learn, manage, and grow Key Accounts and ensure actions are being taken to follow through on objectives.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Engage with external sales teams, coordinate with scheduling, production, and materials allocation to actively anticipate and fulfill customer needs.
- Professionally represent the company in daily interactions with key customers.
- Inquire about upcoming promotional events, marketing opportunities, and important performance metrics our customers use to boost Sales and achieve success
- Act as a key partner to the outside sales representatives, and a valued advisor internally after developing an expert level of knowledge about assigned customers
- Champion and closely manage master contracts to ensure usage and purchases are correct.
- Be a key driver of just-in-time delivery performance and effective inventory management by monitoring shipments, managing order reports, and proactively addressing issues including aged inventory.
- Manage pricing changes according to each specific customer program.
- Reconcile customer purchase orders with what was quoted and ensure critical accuracy.
- Proactively learn customer order patterns to be able to effectively manage the effects of customer forecasts on the business.
- Develop a deep understanding of our products and services and use that knowledge to effectively promote and sell them
- Manage day-to-day operations, including inventory updates, overseeing order processing, communicating with shipping partners, providing forecasting data, and more.
- Add new products to our retailer's catalogs to expand our range of offerings.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance online content, ensuring it meets customer needs and expectations.
- Responsible for hitting/growing Key Account revenues with strategy & conducting competitive market analysis.
- Plan and negotiate promotions and marketing campaigns with channel partners.
- Other duties may be assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
- A willingness to learn and grow in the residential roofing industry.
- Excellent communication skills both written and orally.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to balance the needs of the customer with the capabilities and internal constraints of the company.
- 2 year degree in Business or other relevant areas - equivalent experience will be accepted.
- Prior Inside sales experience highly preferred.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
