As an Online Customer Engagement Expert at The Huffaker Group/Silver Bullet Lead Services, you will have the opportunity to engage with our online customers to help inform and support the needs of today's digital consumers! Leads are provided by The Huffaker Group/Silver Bullet Lead Services.

The right candidate will be driven, accountable, a team player with a positive attitude, and will be able to provide incredible client care.
You will be involved in all aspects of the process of cultivating, setting appointments, and managing leads in our contact management database system. Your primary goal is to understand the customer's needs and match them to a local real estate professional for an in-person or virtual consultation.
We provide all training and coaching necessary to successfully perform at a high level.

Job Responsibilities:
- Occasional nights and weekends required
- Prospect new business daily
- Become a pro in scripting
- Understanding personality types and how to read them
- Manage new leads each week and work through existing leads to convert into 6-10 buying and or listing appointments weekly
- Manage contact database system
- Willing to be held accountable for goals/results
- Attend training and establish daily role-play partner activities
- Willing to learn new markets
- Flexible scheduling from 7 am -9 pm CST with one weekend per month. Scheduled accordingly
Job Qualifications:
- Must have detail-oriented skills and be able to follow a schedule
- Results-oriented and a high achiever

- A RE license is not required but would be a plus
