Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Commercial Inside Sales Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of Inside Sales representatives, driving revenue growth, and fostering strong relationships with clients. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced sales professional to make a significant impact on the success of Driverge Vehicle Innovations.


Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of Inside Sales representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share.

Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute targeted campaigns that generate leads and increase brand awareness.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

Provide leadership, coaching, and guidance to the sales team, fostering a positive and high-performance culture.

Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of sales efforts.

Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.


Qualifications:

Proven experience in Inside Sales management, preferably in the commercial vehicle or automotive industry.

Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.

Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
