Customer Service/Sales Support
A well established and growing Packing distributor is searching for an inside CSR for our Sacramento location. Who will provide in-office support to outside sales representatives and take care of the day-to-day order processing for their customers. Also, maintain sufficient product inventory levels to ensure prompt delivery (JIT) to their customer.
We are looking for an individual who is outgoing and very customer focused. The ideal person enjoys building relationships with vendors/customers and their main focus is customer satisfaction!
This professional and confident candidate must be comfortable dealing with high call volumes and managing other various situations at the same time: Productive, Professional and Pleasant under pressure.
Requirements:
Desire to provide friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming Customer Service!
Self motivated "people person" with a great work ethic
Detail oriented with the ability to multitask
Superb interpersonal and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Experience in the packaging field are a bigplus!

Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
