Position Summary:
In-process and some final inspection of sub-assemblies and final assemblies through various stages of manufacturing, utilizing blue prints, Engineering Change Notices, Interdivisional Work Authorizations, contract reviews and company procedures.
Duties and Responsibilities:

• Component insertion inspection.
• Solder/workmanship inspection on printed circuit boards, multi-wire boards, sub-assemblies and small chassis.
• Harness and cable inspection.
• Point-to-point buzz out of wired assemblies and end item spare harnesses.
• Conformal coating inspection.
• Training in one or more of the following: strip force testing of solderless wrapped connections. Tensile strength testing and tool inspection for crimping operations.
• Auditing of ionic contamination test (prior to conformal coating operation).
• Auditing of conformal coating process and inspection of sample for thickness test.
• Performs other duties as directed.

Essential Knowledge and Skills:

• Must be completely familiar with IPC-A-610, IPC-A-620, IPC J-STD-001 and electro mechanical assemblies.
• Must meet the requirements of the company-training program.
• Ability to read, write and speak in English to the degree necessary to perform the job

Required Education and Experience:
EDUCATION: High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
EXPERIENCE: 3-5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Compensation and Benefits:

Compensation ranges for roles at TTM Technologies varies depending on a wide array of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At TTM Technologies, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on each individual set of circumstances. A reasonable estimate of the current range is:
$40,150 - $63,463
Additional compensation: An annual or quarterly company bonus may apply based on position assignment. Positions hired for alternative shift may be eligible for a shift premium based on the assigned shift and location.
