Key Accountabilities:
Business Impact and Employee Engagement
- Interns will be assigned to a specific project within one of our Divisions (Keolis Commuter Services (Commuter Rail), Keolis Transit America (Wheeled Transport and Commuter Rail), or our corporate headquarters.
- All projects are real-world needs for each Division that touch functions such as Planning, Logistics, Customer Service, Procurement, or Asset Management, and Operations).
- Assigned projects will be high visibility, strategic projects that will make an immediate impact on the organization and our client's organizations.
- All projects will have regular progress reviews/presentations and will culminate in a final project review/presentation to the Keolis America Inc Regional Executive Team and potentially the Public Transit Authorities they support.
Internal Partnerships
- Establish critical partnerships with Stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to conduct needs/audience analysis, develop training objectives and course/product outline, design, then build course/product content, and assessment items.
- Communicate effectively with clarity, credibility, and timeliness.
- Communicate on-going production status updates to project team, including any predictable barriers impacting timely completion of deliverables.
Change and Innovation
- Operate within a production framework that is flexible and dynamic to allow for changes in technology, stakeholder expectations, maintenance and improvement.
- Effectively manage change and shift gears comfortably; highly effective in ambiguous environments and able to produce maximum results with little direction and guidance.
- Actively research evolving trends in the field of mobility to help generate /implement tools and techniques to deliver cutting-edge solutions.
