Position Summary: Produces HDPE pipe fittings/flanges using Injection Molding manufacturing.
Position requires continuous presence at Production Plant to operate machinery as part of a
team of operators.
Essential Functions:
• Operate Injection Molding machine to produce parts.
• Move parts to cooling area, to pallets, label and review products for quality.
• Monitor machine control panel indicators and report alarms for proper maintenance.
• Clear short shots utilizing proper methods.
• Record measurements of product at established intervals.
• Complete documentation of parts produced and alarms for each shift.
• Other duties as assigned.
Education & Experience:
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within injection
machine operating field preferred.
• Ability to use pie tape and measure parts.
• Ability to recognize diameters and SDRs of all molded injectors.
• Knowledge of material input and output.
• Ability to multi-task required.

Position requires moving at a fast pace, standing for long periods of time, kneeling, raising of
arms to exercise control of machine, and climbing to gauge progress of cutting. Occasional
lifting of up to 50lbs. Exposure to high temperature in facility.
