Nursing Allianz Health Staffing is seeking per diem and part time experienced Registered Nurses.
RN will be providing Home Infusion therapies at patient's home. This will be an exciting opportunity for RN!
QUALIFICATIONS :
Home Infusion Therapy
Teaches and trains for various medications
In addition, the Home Infusion Registered Nurse will administer medications and monitor patients in the home during treatment and provide the necessary education on treatment regimen, condition management and treatment self-administration when appropriate.
Attend an Orientation/Training Call
Complete trainings for new/specialty infusion therapies
Provide patient clinical coordination in a variety of environments including patient's home, infusion suites, hospitals, and doctor offices
Train patients in the self-administration of treatments and how to quickly recognize and respond to symptoms of adverse physical reactions to treatments
Maintain open communication with your Nurse Manager, Staffing Coordinator and other team members regarding scheduling, patient assignments and clinical matters
Coordinate with your Nurse Manager to address changes in patient condition or drug management issues
Document all interactions and communication with patients, plan of treatment, assessment, treatments, patient responses/reactions to treatment, status of disease process, and training activities in a timely manner using company issued tools.
The primary function of the HOME INFUSION RN is to provide exceptional in-home IV infusion therapy, nursing care, and response management. In addition, the Home Infusion Registered Nurse will administer and monitor patients in the home during treatment and provide the necessary education on treatment regimen, condition management and treatment self-administration when appropriate. In short, we are looking for an exceptional nurse with strong IV skills who is willing to travel.
Preferred Qualifications
RN Diploma, Associates or B.S. degree in nursing

QUALIFICATIONS :
- Active and unrestricted RN license in the state(s) of practice
- Current CPR Certification (BLS) required
- Valid Driver’s License in good standing
- Willing and able to work independently in home or alternate-site settings
- Must be moderately tech savvy, customer service oriented, organized. Must be willing to purchase own supplies
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills required, must be willing to build rapport and correspond with patient once connected by support team
- Strong IV skills
- must be comfortable establishing PICC line / Port
- Must have personal transportation
- Willingness to dedicate at least 16 hours per month in your area, if offered

- Three years of nursing experience
- One year of infusion experience
- Home healthcare experience
- CRNI certification
