High Fidelity Brands is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Infused Product Manufacturing Kitchen Lead.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting the Kitchen Manager of Manufacturing in all ordering, production, and packaging of Infused Products.
- Knowledgeable in basic cookery and confectionary techniques.
- Ensuring all operations within the kitchen are performed within the DHSS regulations, as well as maintaining a safe work environment in the absence of the Kitchen Manager of Manufacturing.
- Inventory tracking, delegation of tasks to techs, upkeep of kitchen and packaging equipment, METRC based work, as well as filling in for other departments where labor is needed.
- Staying current and adhere to all federal, state, city, and county cannabis regulations.
- Maintaining kitchen equipment and sanitation standards.
- Assisting the Kitchen Manager in hitting goals and quotas for production.
- Leading and overseeing kitchen tech personnel.
- Training, coaching, and encouraging other and new team members.
- Encouraging productive workflow of the department.
- Addressing any issues in production of products or problems in work flow related to the lab.
- All other duties as assigned.
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- 3+ years kitchen experience preferred.
- 3+ years commercial cannabis experience preferred.
- 1+ year management experience preferred.
- Possess a High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED). College graduates are preferred.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Working knowledge of the cannabis industry and the associated federal, state, and local municipal laws and regulations.
- Strong leadership abilities
- Must possess a strong work ethic and be a team player.

- Excellent organizational and clerical skills.
- Understanding of food cost control.
- Strong Analytical Skills and decision-making abilities.
- Competent communication abilities and interpersonal skills.
