Job Title: Infrastructure Team Lead
Job Summary: We are actively seeking a seasoned Infrastructure Team Lead to spearhead our IT infrastructure operations and lead a dynamic team of infrastructure engineers. The Infrastructure Team Lead will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our cutting-edge IT infrastructure, ensuring it seamlessly aligns with our business needs. The ideal candidate will bring forth robust leadership, a profound understanding of IT infrastructure technologies, exceptional communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft and Linux environments.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead & Guide: Take charge of a proficient team of infrastructure engineers, providing mentorship and support in their day-to-day endeavors.
• Strategic Development: Formulate and execute infrastructure strategies that not only meet business objectives but also uphold the reliability, security, and performance benchmarks of our IT infrastructure.
• Collaboration: Work closely with various IT teams and business units to comprehend their unique infrastructure needs, ensuring seamless alignment with organizational goals.
• End-to-End Management: Oversee the deployment, maintenance, and monitoring of all IT infrastructure components, encompassing servers, storage, networks, and security systems, with a strong focus on Linux environments.
• Compliance Assurance: Guarantee adherence to industry standards and best practices in IT infrastructure management, covering aspects like security, data backup, disaster recovery, and system upgrades.
• Innovation: Identify and assess emerging technologies and trends in IT infrastructure, providing strategic recommendations for adoption where relevant, including Linux-based solutions.
• Documentation: Develop and curate comprehensive documentation related to IT infrastructure processes, procedures, and configurations.
• Team Development: Actively contribute to the recruitment, training, and continuous development of Infrastructure Team members.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure management, including successful leadership of a team of infrastructure engineers.
• Profound knowledge of IT infrastructure technologies, spanning servers, storage, networks, and security systems, with expertise in Linux environments.
• Exceptional leadership skills, demonstrating the ability to motivate and guide team members to achieve strategic business objectives.
• Outstanding communication skills, with the capacity to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Preferred experience with cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Desirable industry certifications such as CCNA, MCSA, VCP, or equivalent.

Schedule:

• 40 hours/week
• Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm
• EDT/EST Working Hours
