Trissential is currently seeking an Infrastructure Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Milwaukee, WI (Remote).
Responsibilities
- Collaborate and coordinate with leaders of inter-related projects
- Responsible for managing complex and high risk projects.
- Oversee project budgets and schedules.
- Create and manages project scope, project risk, project work plans (WBS), with a focus on delivering milestones and project deliverables to exceed expectations as well as on time and on budget.
- Lead the project planning effort, definition of the deliverables and the required delivery dates, management of a Risk, Actions, Issues and Decision (RAID) logs and accumulation of all project cost and benefit estimates
- Actively manages, monitors, prepares and produces project management reports, timelines, budgets, and documentation.
- Manage stakeholder expectations, scope, requirements, design, development, testing and deployment using a defined SDLC approach via both internal and external (Vendor) project team resources.
- Lead and facilitate the identification, definition and monitoring of critical dependencies
- Responsible for the delivery of the defined work packages to the client and providing effective management to teams and giving guidance to others and key business users.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field, or equivalent work experience.
- One or more industry certifications e.g. PMP, CSM etc.
- Management qualification or relevant years of experience

- Experience with ongoing Release Management, Patch Management, Vendor Management, etc. for large technology solutions

- Desired strengths; drive, attention to detail, and affective leadership.
- Ability to navigate through various layers of management and technology groups and resources is needed with customer focus.
- Team orientated and results driven is key for success
Experience
- 10+ years Project Management experience
- 5+ years' experience managing large complex enterprise level experience projects and budgets
- Experience working with multiple firewall, identity & access management, endpoint, event/threat management, etc software solutions
- Experience working on and leading technology Infrastructure teams
- Experience within a formal PMO IT Software delivery environment
- Experience delivering large scale projects from end to end
- Must be adept at managing stakeholder expectations, scope, requirements, design, development, testing and deployment using a defined SDLC approach via both internal and external (Vendor) project team resources
- Experience delivering collaboration, security, and productivity tools leveraged by a remote workforce highly desirable
