- Project Manager
- Experience with M365 migration projects
- M&A type of experience-- more of a nice to have
- Why the need:
- Bought a company for $4.3Billion dollars, need to consume everything they own into their environment
- Have 15 months remaining to ingest all of their systems
- Has responsibilities for site communication,
- Want someone who can run with the end users stuff directly-- make sure they're meeting timelines, giving out right reports, setting up things, communicating with the users/stakeholders
- On the team:
- Trevor has a team of 1 End User Expert-- engineer admin
- Someone who is dedicated solely to excel-- king of Data-- can give him 6 different inputs and can gibe the output-- leverage for reporting
- Then onsite level 2 service desk (step above) onsite support at each of these locations
- Greater project teams as well
- Project plan:
- There's a HUGE master project plan-- being re-worked a bit, and some detail around what will be done on the end user side
- Some of it is generic-- a bunch of tasks came out of previous acquisitions-- some of this can be carved down (by this person)
- Need to really nail down the end user piece
- Already have a strategy in place
- Shifting to Smart sheets for the Project plan-- would be helpful if they have that, but not 100% needed
- Vendor is their Global team out of Sweden-- which is the company they acquired, do meetings with them every other month or something like that
- There's a HUGE master project plan-- being re-worked a bit, and some detail around what will be done on the end user side
- Years of experience: Nothing specific when it comes to a specific amount of years-- as long as they have the right profile.

- Anything around end user environments
- PC/Laptop Deployments-- rollouts in factories would be a huge bonus as well
- Will be PM-ing anything the user touches-- printers, OneDrive, SharePoint, team, teams voice.
- Anything around end user environments
- Soft skills:
- Always going to be difficult stakeholders within their environment
- Presentation skills are going to be important here-- can speak to a project plan will be helpful here
- Definitely someone who can work independently-- go -getter personality
- PM within an IT environment
- Need to have a good understanding of IT/Infrastructure
- Know how the technology works
