To qualify based on your experience, your resume must describe one year specialized experience that demonstrates the possession of knowledge, skills, abilities, and competencies necessary for immediate success in the position. Such experience is typically in or directly related to the work of the position to be filled. Specialized experience would be demonstrated by maintaining a Change Management Database (CMDB) within the framework of Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) principles operates through a Configuration Control Board (CCB) to ensure accurate, consistent configuration data management, facilitating optimal IT service delivery and support; ensure comprehensive knowledge and experience in processing, coordinating, and auditing data across multiple systems, this role is crucial for verifying that software, hardware, and configurations comply with organizational policies and standards; designated as the Organizational License Manager, with in-depth knowledge of Army Computer Hardware, Enterprise Software and Solutions (CHESS) and AR 25-2 regulations, is crucial for ensuring compliance with the Risk Management Framework 2.0 by managing software licensing effectively and adhering to established IT security and policy standards; serve as the lead IT advisor to the life cycle manager on IT asset procurement in accordance with sustained Configuration Management Database (CMDB) practices and Supply Chain Security policies, ensuring secure and efficient management throughout the asset's lifecycle.Education: FOREIGN EDUCATION: If you are using education completed in foreign colleges or universities to meet the qualification requirements, you must show the education credentials have been evaluated by a private organization that specializes in interpretation of foreign education programs and such education has been deemed equivalent to that gained in an accredited U.S. education program; or full credit has been given for the courses at a U.S. accredited college or university.
