Job Description
Primary Location:
Worland, Wyoming
Create and maintain detailed digital records for IT Equipment, including Serial Numbers, Warranty information, life cycle, etc.
Provide Ticketing dispatch within the IT Department
Provide Tier-I user support for systems.
Ability to prioritize workload in changing circumstances.
Other duties may be assigned by the immediate supervisor or other supervisor at any time.
