Information Technology Manager
The Information Technology Manager leads a team of employees who manages development projects, development teams and application support functions.
What You Will Do:
Oversee multiple application programming and analysis projects which include development, installation, and maintenance of application programs.
Maximize staff contribution through professional growth and development, to increase teamwork and more effectively meet business needs.
Analyze applications to ensure that all systems that developed, meet business needs and specifications. • Monitor and maintain adherence and compliance to quality standards on an ongoing basis.

Vendor/Supplier Management:
Knowledge of external provider management processes and ability to effectively manage the business relationship with external providers (e.g. vendors, service providers, contractors, consultants, and suppliers).
Manages actual and perceived conflict of interest issues.
Monitors and communicates vendor effectiveness, reliability, and performance.
Influences existing and new vendor relationships and the approved vendor list.
Interprets documents detailing service provisions and financial arrangements.

IT Service Management (ITSM):

Promotes the use of standard procedures in each function of IT services.
Creates criteria to measure professional services; ensures the quality of IT services.
Forecasts technological industry trends and potential risks in IT service management.
Provides insight into system optimization and development of process-focused IT services.
