General Purpose
We are currently seeking a highly skilled IT Manager to join our team! As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing all activities related to the design, development, implementation, and support of our infrastructure services and IT service desk. Your primary role will be to oversee the design, setup, configuration, maintenance, and ongoing support of all infrastructure services within the City. You will also be responsible for coordinating and supervising our Operations division staff, including our System Administration Team and Service Desk Team.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our service level commitments are met to both internal and external customers. You will work closely with key stakeholders to ensure that our IT services are aligned with the needs of the organization, and that we are delivering high-quality services that meet the needs of our customers.
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in IT management, with a focus on infrastructure services and service desk operations. You should be able to demonstrate your ability to lead a team of highly skilled IT professionals, and to manage complex projects and initiatives. You should also have excellent communication skills, and be able to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
Hiring salary is dependent upon experience.
The hiring range is $64.22 - $75.64/hour ($133,581 - $157,329/annual).

PAID TIME-OFF BENEFITS:

• General Leave: Leave banks are granted to employees after six months of full-time employment. General Leave may be used for vacations, personal business, illness, or other reasons as requested by the employee and approved by his/her supervisor.
