Job Description:

As the Information Technology Manager at IAG Performance, you will be the backbone of our IT operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our IT systems. You will be responsible for managing a wide array of technologies, including server and endpoint management, security protocols, network infrastructure, and more. This role is hands-on and requires a candidate capable of operating independently with a proactive approach to IT management.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Server Management: Perform operating system maintenance and patching, including management of Hyper-V Guests.
• Endpoint Management: Ensure operating system maintenance and patching for all endpoints.
• EDR Management: Manage Endpoint Detection and Response for both servers and endpoints.
• DNS Management: Oversee and ensure the integrity of DNS settings.
• Fishbowl & UPS WorldShip Server Updates: Regularly update server versions for critical business applications.
• Server Backup Management: Oversee server backup processes and monitor for integrity and success.
• Physical Network Management: Maintain physical network infrastructure, including patching and troubleshooting.
• Unifi Access Management: Manage access control systems, including printing and programming access cards.
• Disaster Recovery: Maintain and update the Disaster Recovery Plan for critical systems.
• Phone System Management: Manage and update the VOIP phone system.
• Google Workspace & Active Directory Management: Oversee Google Workspace and manage Active Directory.
• Helpdesk: Provide daily helpdesk support to users as needed.
• Ongoing Maintenance & Documentation: Regular maintenance and documentation of IT systems, including software support for all departments. (Approximately 60 users)

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years of IT management experience.
• Proficiency in managing servers, endpoints, and network infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of EDR, DNS, disaster recovery planning, and security best practices.
• Experience with Google Workspace, Active Directory, and various engineering software(s).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Strong communication skills for helpdesk support.
• Experience with Fishbowl, UPS WorldShip, and other Business Software is highly desirable.
• Ability to manage a diverse IT environment and maintain high levels of operational excellence.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
