Overview
Do you want to play a crucial and integral role in protecting CAES' DoD compliance? Then this is the role for YOU! As anInformation Systems Security Manager, you will lead, develop, implement, and administer security procedures for our classified computer systems based on the Department of Defense (DoD) and other U.S. Government agency security requirements. Please note, the candidate must have and maintain an active security clearance. This position is located in Woburn, MA and is not a remote opportunity.
Responsibilities
YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Serves as the primary Subject Matter Expert (SME) to business area leadership and outside agencies on all classified Information Systems security matters; partners with appropriate site functional representatives (e.g., trade, Human Resources, Information Technology, Program Management, Engineering, etc.) as appropriate.
  • Develop, Maintain, and Implement local policies, processes, procedures and compliance with all National Industrial Security Program (NISP) and Office of Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency Assessment and Authorization Process Manual (DAAPM) requirements.
  • Conducts periodic self-inspections on local processes and practices to ensure NISP and DAAPM compliance; accurately reports security posture to site, group and corporate leadership.
  • Ensures that periodic self-assessments of the facility's classified Information Systems are conducted as part of the overall facility self-inspection program and that all corrective actions are taken.
  • Develops, conducts, coordinates and delivers site Information Systems Security education program requirements to all users of the classified information system(s) supporting classified programs.
  • Identifies and documents unique local threats and vulnerabilities to classified Information Systems Security.
  • As requested, implements all Corporate Security direction, policy and procedures throughout the facility in support of NISP, DAAPM and CAES security requirements.
  • Under the Risk Management Framework, contribute to development of actionable Information Systems policy to deliver compliance through an eMASS Authorization to Operate (ATO)
  • Conduct weekly and quarterly system audits as required.
  • Will assist and support Facility Security Officer (FSO) on other security requirements and duties.

Qualifications
Minimum:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems/CyberSecurity or Information Security Certification (DoD Directive 8570.1 IAM Level II, CISSP, Security +, or similar) AND two (2)+ years' experience in security configurations across multiple operating systems in various environments, to include Windows, utilizing Active Directory/Group Policy, etc. as this is required.
  • OR, a Master's Degree in Information Systems / Cyber Security or Information Security Certification (DoD Directive 8570.1 IAM Level II, CISSP, Security + or similar) and one (1) + years' experience in security configurations across multiple operating systems in various environments, to include Windows, utilizing Active Directory/Group Policy, etc. as this is required.
  • Active SECRET security clearance.

Preferred:
  • Bachelor's Degree in the relevant areas listed above and 5 years' experience in the areas noted above. Or;
  • Master's Degree in the relevant areas listed above and 3 years' experience in the areas noted above.
  • Experience with accrediting Information Systems utilizing DCSA Risk Management Framework (RMF) guidelines
  • Experience with the following DoD security tools: SCAP, DISA STIG's, Splunk, Nessus or ACAS
  • Experience Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service (eMASS)
  • Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently, demonstrate excellent problem-solving abilities, be well organized, flexible and self-motivated.

Salary Range:Information Systems Security Manager - $71,316.00 - $115,494.00 annually. Applicable pay within the posted range may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographical location, job function of the position, education, and experience of the successful candidate.
