This position is based in Plano, TX, with a hybrid mix of some in-office time and some remote work.

Who We’re Looking For

Toyota's Cybersecurity and Risk Management (CSRM) group objective is to become a global cybersecurity leader in the

mobility space - with the talent, scale, and services to enable our mission of securely bringing mobility for all.

Toyota’s CSRM group is looking for team members who are passionate about technology and interested in joining a

collaborative and highly motivated team as an Identity Services Manager.

The primary responsibility of this role is to manage and play a crucial role in ensuring the company's adherence to Sarbanes-

Oxley Act (SOX) requirements by implementing and maintaining robust control frameworks and technical solutions. This

role demands strong leadership, technical expertise, and a deep understanding of financial regulations. We are looking at

self-motivated individuals who are highly detail-oriented and take pride in their deliverables.

Reporting to the Director, the person in this role will join the Cyber Protection team for implementation and management

of user access review processes and efficient management of user access to various systems and applications.

What you’ll be doing

  • Design and execute red team operations to test the quality of our cyber controls using threat actor techniques

  • Experience managing high-performing, high-demand teams

  • progressive, broad-based IT experience participating in projects and playing a key role in the successful implementation of the projects

  • Plan and execute regular UAR campaigns, including user access rights review.

  • Review weekly UAR results, identifying user access issues or discrepancies

  • Collaborate with IT and business units to address issues and manage access changes.

  • Actively engage to clear obstacles, creating an environment of team success.

  • Manage direct report performance and deliverables.

What You Bring

  • Four-Year College Degree (BA or BS]: in Computer Science, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Mathematics or related discipline, or equivalent work experience is required

  • Experience in software delivery, supporting implementation of IT applications, and/or development of solutions to diverse business problems using Agile methodologies.

  • Experience managing high-performing, high-demand teams

  • Experience supporting a “High Touch” customer with real-time needs and requirements

  • Maintain detailed documentation of UAR and SOX compliance best practices and their roles in compliance process.

  • Generate regular reports on UAR and SOX compliance activities and findings for management and regulatory bodies.

  • Collaborate with various departments, including IT, finance and audit teams, to ensure that UAR and SOX compliance efforts are well coordinated.

  • Establish incident response procedures for access-related incidents and coordinate resolution efforts when issues arise during UAR or SOX compliance activities.

  • Create and maintain a comprehensive SOX compliance

    framework, encompassing control objectives, risk assessments, and documentation.

  • Lead the design and implementation of technical controls to ensure the security and integrity of financial data, including access controls, data encryption, and audit trails.

  • Collaborate with internal and external audit teams to facilitate SOX

    audits, providing the necessary documentation, evidence, and support to ensure successful compliance.

  • Deep understanding and expertise in Technology supporting UAR (SailPoint) to effectively support leadership and compliance needs

Added bonus if you have

  • Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP) or similar.

  • Experience in business planning, resource allocation, and project management.

  • Experience influencing and working effectively in a culturally diverse international work group.

  • Experience working in agile teams with agile methodologies and scrum master experience
