Reporting to the Program Manager, the Information Security (Cyber) Analyst will provide Cybersecurity, Information Technology Management Support, and Technical support at the Pacific Missile Range Facility (PMRF). This is a contingent position expected to be located in Kekaha , HI (PMRF). The pay range for the position will be provided at the time the position is no longer contingent.

What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications:
- An active secret clearance is required to be considered for this position.
- Three (3) years of RMF experience and Active Navy Qualified Validator (NQV) qualification with NAVWAR SCA.
- Experience in assessing systems using NIST 800-53 and/or DISA STIGS and SRGs.
- Demonstrated efficiency and experience in RMF package development, including POA&Ms (migration statements), Security Plans, Risk Assessments, system/site policies, procedures, and processes, architecture diagrams, and hardware/software inventories.
- Demonstrates experience developing tiered/inheritable policies in eMASS.
- Demonstrated experience with eMASS and VRAM.
- Demonstrates excellent customer service and organization skills.
- DoD 8570 baseline certification.
- Must possess basic computer literacy and data entry skills.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (to include MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
- Must possess strong time management skills.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced, changing, and challenging environment.
- Must be able to remain seated in a stationary position 50% of the time. Must also be able to alternate between sitting, standing, and walking.
