Position Purpose
- To provide all aspects of direct patron service at the Baker-Berry public service desks and provide support for other areas of Access and Delivery Services and the library.

- Bachelors or equivalent combination of education and experience
Required Qualifications - Skills, Knowledge and Abilities
- Strong verbal, written, analytical and interpersonal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to organize work efficiently; set and modify work priorities; while under pressure and despite interruptions.
- Ability to work collegially in a team environment.
- Customer service experience with a diverse clientele.
Preferred Qualifications
- Two to three years relevant library experience.

Description
- Provides support for other areas of Access Services and the library, including work on assigned projects.
Percentage Of Time - 40%
Description - Participates on Dartmouth College Library committees and task forces representing circulation and reserve services. Actively engages in ongoing professional development.
Percentage Of Time - 10%
- Demonstrates a commitment to diversity, inclusion, and cultural awareness through actions, interactions, and communications with others.
