Job Summary

Shambaugh & Son is seeking an Informatics Analyst in the Fort Wayne, IN office to facilitate process automation and additional tools to help with efficiency in Fire Protection Division. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities  

• Facilitate automation and additional tools to help with efficiency in Fire Protection Division.
• Project Manage the required programming needs of the Fire Protection Service Division.
• Create new dashboards, spreadsheets, and more in Smartsheet and SharePoint.
• Take existing excel tools and integrate into Smartsheet and SharePoint.
• Coordinate and implement automation of processes.
• Other duties as requested.

Qualifications 

• Must contain technical experience with Excel, Smartsheet, SharePoint, and Google Drive programs.
• Any graphic / web design experience is a bonus.
• Proficient in various computer systems such as Microsoft Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Possess a positive attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task.
• Be a confident self-starter who can work both independently and on a team.
• Available to work at least 40 hours a week Monday through Friday.
