Medline is looking for a self-motivated MDM Developer with high learning agility and an interest in Master Data Management. This individual will leverage strong communication skills and technical expertise to deliver robust solutions across the scope of our Master Data Systems. This role requires collaboration with Architects, Business Analysts, Business Partners, and IT leaders. Come join this fast-paced, growing team and make healthcare run better.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical expertise to meet requirements and translate requirements into technical specifications within our MDM Landscape.
- Present innovative options for addressing system change requests and recommend the best course of action based on requirements coverage and effort required.
- Develop data model and the UI definition using standard Informatica MDM toolset.
- Manage P360 configuration, ActiveVos workflows, IDQ development and enhance an already implemented solution.
- Configure and support inbound and outbound interfaces developed using IICS and P360.
- Create detailed technical designs adhering to all standards and leveraging re-use of components.
- Develop and support API based integration between P360 and other systems.
- Support MDM applications like P360, IICS, ActiveVos and PRIINT etc,.
- Collaborate with MDM Architect, BA's and other business users in addressing issues and enhancements related to MDM
- Manage implementation plans for releasing system enhancements or new Software solutions to production
- Drive process improvement within the team as we continue to grow with agile and DevOps tools and methodologies.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or similar
- Must have hands on experience in Informatica MDM Product 360 - PIM (Product Information Management)
- Good experience in customizing PIM WebUi platform and Rich client
- Proficient in Informatica MDM tools like P360, IICS, and ActiveVos.
- High learning agility. Position will often require learning new areas of business and new software.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects - work prioritization, planning and task delegation.
- Experience in agile methodology and work as part of a scrum team.
- Experience working with both onshore and offshore teams.
- At least 1 Year of Data Modeling experience.
- Custom Java plugin experience is good to have.
- Unrestricted US Work Authorization.
Preferred Qualifications:
- In-depth understanding of Product Information Management features and capabilities.
- Working experience on Integrated PIM Data Quality rules/custom rules, Media Manager, repository editor and perspectives.
- Working experience on PIM Export/Import processes.
- Experience with DevOps tools (ie. Jira, Zephyr, Splunk, SonarQube, etc).
- Experience in GitHub, Bitbucket for code management.
- Experience in data integration, data profiling and data quality topics
