Position Summary
We are looking for a self-motivated Influencer Partnerships Manager who is passionate
about helping to build a brand through the creation of an innovative content strategy that
educates, empowers and inspires consumers while driving broader cultural
engagement. You will be responsible for activating and executing our paid and earned
influencer programs. This role is integrated cross-functionally and touches all parts of
the marketing funnel.
You will execute efforts focused on partnerships, strategy, and relationships with all
influencers. This includes anyone who can influence an audience, including, but not
limited to: scientific experts, health and fitness experts, celebrities, ambassadors,
bloggers, branded accounts, creators, and customers. The objectives touch many parts
of our business, and this person's toolkit includes storytelling, brand development,
community building, and new customer acquisition. The overarching mission of this role
and function is to build trust in Our client and drive new customers and subscriptions
through authentic storytelling. We're looking for help developing and executing our
unique and highly engaging influencer program. The ideal candidate will have
exceptional communication, organizational, and collaborative skills.
Role, Responsibilities, and Critical Projects
- Build and execute the strategy for our clients Affiliate Rev Share and Ambassador Programs
- Track and report on key metrics including number of partners (i.e. new partner growth), partner revenue, AOV, LTV, conversion rate for partner driven activities and provide monthly reporting to internal stakeholders
- Work closely with the Director of Growth Partnerships-to create growth strategy and KPIs that complement both the paid and unpaid sides of our business
- Oversee the start to finish ecosystem of a our clients rev share and unpaid partnerships: outreach, negotiation, onboarding, performance, and continued relationships
- Manage always-on strategy and performance to drive customer acquisition - Own cross-functional communication across paid media team, brand team, creative team, performance team, etc. to ensure an effective sales channel
- Own our client's influencer management platform partnership (TUNE)
- Support Director in growth projects, goals, and new customer acquisition targets
Qualifications:
- 4-6 years of Influencer Marketing experience with a proven track record of working cross-functionally to hit team goals and KPIs.
- Experience building and scaling in-house influencer programs-unpaid ambassadors and/or rev share models
- Analytical thinker that is proficient in Excel/Sheets
- Strong collaborative, and cross-functional mindset
- Highly organized, creative problem solver who always has a "can do" attitude
- A motivated and curious self-starter who is comfortable with autonomy, brings big ideas to the table, and operates with a sense of urgency.
- Strong attention to detail and a proven ability to manage multiple work streams at once.
- Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns and tasks at once.

Location
Los Angeles, CA. It requires monthly travel 1-2 times to our Park City, UT office.
