General Summary
The Specialist, Influencer Marketing/Partnerships is responsible for supporting DSW’s influencer strategy and programs, establishing and maintaining influencer relationships on behalf of the brand, and supporting content execution that builds awareness and drives product performance.
Reports to: Sr Manager, PR and Brand Building
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support strategies that deliver on DSW brand, product, content, & business goals/objectives
- Support influencer campaign execution across multiple partners, including planning, product delivery, campaign setup across DSW channels
- Develop strong relationships with Influencer partners, identifying new partners that fit DSW program objectives, & maintaining relationships to nurture the overall strategy
- Establish relationships with content creators and their management teams, building long-term relationships/partnerships to benefit the brand
- Identify “what’s trending” in the Influencer space to surface unique opportunities or inspirational examples from other brands
- Constantly be looking at new people to bring into the fold for campaigns, partnership and individual content creation
- Regularly partner with cross-functional teams to coordinate influencer content needs and manage the process and delivery of content accordingly including designated brand campaigns
- Support influencer strategies outside of content development including product seeding and events
- Report on Influencer program campaigns, including performance and key metrics
- Use trends, data, and metrics to drive innovative new concepts that improve the business and Influencer program goals
Required Skills:
- Passionate about social media, influencer landscape, constantly monitoring and staying up to date on trends, latest posts, organic pick-ups, etc.
- Extremely organized and detail oriented
- Demonstrates a strong understanding and passion for retail and fashion landscape
- Ability to represent the brand in all facets of external partnerships (negotiation, content development, and into execution)
- Knowledge of social channels, their respective audiences, and how each platform can be leveraged in different scenarios
- Ability to execute tactical and strategic direction with independent judgment
- High level of critical thinking ability and curiosity, particularly in balancing multiple projects and priorities.

- Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Suite (Airtable, Workfront)
- Ability to work with multiple vendor partners, media agency, and internal cross functional teams including IT, creative, media, etc.
Experience:
- 3+ years influencer marketing experience, preferably with a digital marketing or influencer agency
- Established relationships with influencers, content creators, and agents / agencies Knowledge of digital landscape, particularly as it pertains to influencers, content creators, & social media landscape
- Experience managing multiple campaigns at one time; digitally-focused marketing experience
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.
