Infant/Toddler Teacher

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities
- Provide a safe and supportive learning environment for children
- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development in children
- Create engaging and interactive learning experiences
- Monitor and assess each child's progress
- Collaborate with parents to support each child's individual needs
- Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child's development
- Ensure the classroom is clean, organized, and well-maintained
- Implement effective classroom management techniques
- Promote positive behavior management strategies

Experience:
- Previous experience working with young children in a preschool or similar setting is a plus but not required as training is available
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and practices is a plus
- Familiarity with special education strategies is a plus
- Strong understanding of classroom management techniques is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Skills:
- First aid certification is required
- Experience in nannying or caregiving roles is beneficial
- Passion for working with children and helping them reach their full potential
- Ability to create an inclusive and welcoming classroom environment
- Strong organizational skills to effectively plan lessons and activities

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
