Infant Teacher Assistant

Responsibilities:
- Create and implement engaging lesson plans that promote learning and development.
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and explore
- Foster a positive classroom atmosphere that encourages creativity, curiosity, and cooperation
- Assess the progress of each child and provide individualized support as needed
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure open communication and involvement in their child's care
- Maintain accurate records of each child's progress and development
- Ensure the classroom is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary materials

Qualifications:
- Experience in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
- Previous experience working in an infant classroom
- Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children
- Certification in CPR and First Aid is preferred
