SalarySeeking an experienced Infant Teacher, who has a passion for childcare. Must have high energy and be able to handle the demands of infants with different personality needs. Infant teacher should display a gentle and nurturing personality, be flexible, and have the patience to assist each infant or child to mature cognitively. They should be able to assist in developing the infants’ and children's social skills as they interact with each other.
Responsibilities:
- Thinking on your feet and responding to each child’s needs efficiently.
- Displaying a patient and calm personality with a loving approach to every child.
- Contributing positively to the behavior and social interaction of the children.
- Building strong and loving relationships with each child.
- Ensuring close communication with parents throughout the day using our childcare management app
- Following all Oklahoma Childcare Licensing guidelines and our center's policies and procedures
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Has or is willing to obtain CPR training within 90 days of hire.
- Has or is willing to obtain Infant Safe Sleep training upon hire
- A passion for working with babies and toddlers.
- Good communication skills.
- Able to complete a background check and pass a drug screen.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $9.00 - $11.50 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
