Job Description
Cabell Huntington Hospital is seeking a full-time Infant Follow up ProgramRegistered Nurse for our Neonatal Follow Up Department. We are looking for dynamic professional applicants who value customer service and a team mentality.
Within the framework of the hospital and nursing service policies and procedures, the primary purpose of this is to provide professional nursing care to patients within the assigned department, in support of the medical care as directed by the medical staff and established guidelines set by the nursing service. Infant Discharge Planning and Follow-Up Program Nurse is a Registered Nurse who works with increasing independence to set criteria for the quality of patient care, assesses the health, developmental status and needs of patients using specialized knowledge and skills, anticipates outcomes of nursing interventions and provides appropriate referrals and follow-up Programs.
Customer service is valued by the individual as evidenced by: 1) being courteous to our customers, which include patients, visitors, physicians, volunteers and fellow employees; 2) introducing self by name and job title when speaking in person or by telephone to patients, their families and others; 3) demonstration of honesty, discretion in conduct, and confidentiality in conversation in all of work environment. The individual follows standards of conduct and procedures of hospital and applicable laws and regulations and reports violations through appropriate chain of command. The individual reports safety concerns and hazardous conditions in a timely and appropriate manner.
The shift will be determined by each hiring manager. The pay rate will be determined in accordance with the labor agreement.

Requirements
- ASN required, BSN preferred.
- Active RN license valid in WV.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience required.
- AHA BLS required.
